Jewish Press

‘Let’s be clear: Far from “sharing” one tradition, Orthodox Jews are prohibited from marrying Christians, setting foot inside a Christian church—and we can’t even drink from an open bottle of kosher wine that has been used by a Christian. We reject the Christian idea of salvation, we abhor Christian divine teachings on every subject, and we are repulsed and outraged by incessant attempts by Christian missionaries to bring us into their fold.

Incidentally, we have more in common with Muslims than we do with Christians; Jewish law permits Jews to enter a mosque… but not a church.

To insist that we have some kind of bond with religious Christians because of similar core values, is to propagate a terrible lie.

Jews and Christians differ on every single fundamental principle—even on the meaning of core Scriptural texts. More crucially, Christians rely on the Old Testament for legal delineation; whereas Jews rely solely upon our rabbinic tradition. We never, ever turn to our Bible for legal guidance, only to our rabbinic literature.

“Judeo-Christian” is as valid a concept as happy-joylessness, or tall dwarves. Klinghoffer’s yearnings for this repugnant “ideal” is a deviant phenomenon without a trace of commonality in traditional Jewish thought, ancient or modern.’

  1. Reblogged this on and commented:
For the Record: All Jews, are in fact, Welcome, in all Catholic churches. Jesus was a rabbi. The Catholic mass, was originally a Shabbat service held in people’s homes. If one can follow a Catholic mass, then they can follow a Shabbat service. Only difference is the reading of the Torah scrolls and the Holy Communion offered, at the same time, within the services. Anyone declaring other, is winging it and making their own rules and regulations, whether Jewish, Catholic, or other. I have seen quite a few Jews in church, over the decades. As far as hatreds go, that, is a Two-Way street.

  2. PS: If anyone at the Jewish Press needs to know, the best wedding that I ever attended, was Hasidic. It was like an old fashioned Catholic wedding where people stand as the parents and grandparents are walked down the aisle in respect to the family. The food was absolutely wonderful and very clean. The men are separated from the women. Outsiders sit with the women. Dancing, is tribal, as European custom. So I hope the JP does not get bent out of shape, because I like their weddings. The men speak intelligently, and the women saw me as a curiosity, in good humor. (21.5 inch arms, I had a full beard and wore a yarmulke out of respect, The women questioned why I was on their side of the partition curtain. Then I said, because I am Sicilian and a Catholic. They could believe it and laughed, then returned with a number of other women, who politely questioned me, and laughed to the point that men started coming over to see why I caused such laughter and why I was seated not with the men). Fabulous wedding. Better than my Italian Football wedding at the VFW Post, that everyone to this day, still talks about, how good it was. The JP must smarten up.

  3. The kike is right. Kings of the world. How dare we try to steal a slice of their glory. We’re not fit to wash their toes. We are mere animals; they are God’s chosen.

They don’t like Christianity, which in its pure form believes that we took their covenant from them. The Muslims don’t believe that, so they are tolerable to the orthodox Jew.

Go to your Muslims, then, kike, and leave us the fuck alone.
