Self determined, a la carte identity has become all the rage lately. Can men who claim to be women use women’s bathrooms? Are they in fact women? Does reality matter at all? The answer seems to be no.
So, should I become an employer again, I would hire highly qualified straight, white men and have them identify as disabled, minority, homosexual women thereby ticking all of the diversity boxes. I would even give them their own bathrooms with their own hieroglyphic like symbol on the door. If anybody complained about my hiring practices, I’d say who are you to say they aren’t what they feel like they are? If any llegal actions wree brought I’d appeal all the way to the Supreme Court if possible and hire a PR team to stir up public interest. Should be fun, especially if its an election year.
