Militias Heading To Texas Border

We’ll see what happens.

HOUSTON, Texas—Militia groups in Texas and across the nation are responding to the Texas Border Surge announced Wednesday night by the offices of the Governor, Lt. Governor and Texas House Speaker. An announcement was made on several new media outlets including Facebook.

The alert to the civilian militia groups, which includes many groups who showed up at the Clive Bundy ranch in Nevada, calls on all able bodied militia members to converge on the Laredo sector of the Texas/Mexico border. A man who identified himself on a national conference call as “Ruthless” said their objective it to “put up a man-fence” to prevent the illegal aliens from crossing the border in their area of control.

  1. Great idea in my opinion, I’m all for it. But we know how the Regime is going to respond to this and it will probably be a heavier force than what we have seen in the past (Bundy incident).

The next war may very well start in Texas. I have friends and relatives living in Texas, lived and worked there myself! Those folks are friendly and accommodating, but don’t push them around or they’ll hand you your head and never look back.

    And that’s no BS.

    • If a war started in TX, who would the cartels side with? Would they remain independent, side with .gov, the militias or would they play a role like the indians did in the 19th century where some were allies and some were enemies?

I am assuming here that the Mexican gov would side with the US gov against militias.

      • Good questions Roger. Without any thought on this at the moment I would say they would probably side with whomever would ensure their survival. I can’t see them siding with gov’t but one never knows, after all our Regime did send them some weapons!

As for the Mexican gov’t I agree with you. They are not going to “kill the goose that laid the golden egg”. But then, how bad do they want back the Southwest that they feel was stolen from them?!

      • Exactly Roger, I can’t think of any other President that would not have immediately and loudly condemned this action then possibly followed up with some other form of punishment for their indiscretion.

Even Jimmy Carter tried to respond to the Iranians, but he had gutted our Military so badly they were unable to respond because of faulty equipment.
